1. Leased car parks are provided as a service under a commercial lease agreement between the Landlord and the Tenant.

2. The Tenant shall have the right to exclusive possession of the leased car parks, but when any car park is not being used by the Tenant other persons shall be entitled to pass over the same.

3. The Landlord may carry out repairs to the car parks and no abatement of rent or other compensation shall be claimed by the Tenant.

4. The Tenant shall comply with the Landlord’s reasonable requirements relating to the use of the car parks, and access to them, and in particular shall only use the car parks for the parking of one motor vehicle per parking space.

5. The provisions of the Second Schedule of the Tenant’s commercial Lease Agreement shall apply to the car parks as appropriate as explained in the terms of that Lease Agreement.
