  1. Occasionally customers may have a requirement for technical support works related to one-off management of their website hosting and CMS services. As our team has experience in this area with a variety of hosting platforms and CMS systems, we can offer that support.
  2. This service can assist customers with their website services with:
    1. Professional advise on website hosting services and systems.
    2. Web hosting platform service setup, settings and functions.
    3. Web hosting database systems installation, setup, settings and functions.
    4. Website migrations between platforms, including CMS systems and databases.
    5. Website CMS systems installation, setup, settings, security and access, and functions.
    6. Website CMS systems plugins
    7. Web hosting backups, security and access management.
    8. Website development code review or advice.
  3. This service is not designed to assist customers with;
    1. Website design, creation and marketing.
    2. Website SEO systems or advertising, or e-commerce systems.
    3. Website system development or code writing.
    4. Website content or copy writing.
  4. We may be able to assist with small changes in design, at our discretion on request. This might include;
    1. Swapping a logo or image, colour or menu item or link
    2. Minor text editing
  5. We can provide estimates or quotes for the hours required for this service on request.

Your use of Website Management Support service (“the service”) will be governed by the terms of this agreement.

By ordering a Website Management Support service you agree to the following terms and conditions.

    1. We supply labour‑based services only, as described or agreed with You.
    2. The Services do not include the supply of goods, materials or other products unless expressly stated in writing.
    3. Any timeframes, estimates, or descriptions provided are indicative only and may change.
    4. We may, at our sole discretion, decline to provide the service depending on the nature of the request.
    5. If a purchase from an external vendor is required as part of provision of this service, for example: the purchase of a WordPress CMS plugin or updated plugin license, then that purchase;
      1. Must be made by You, the client, OR
      2. Will be made by us due to a prior written agreement for purchase with You, and on-charged to You in full and without exclusion or limitation. You agree that any licensing or conditions on that purchase apply in full to you, the client, and not to us, the purchaser.
    6. All services are provided on an “as‑is” and “where‑is” basis.
    7. We will use reasonable effort and care, but makes no guarantees or warranties regarding outcomes, results, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose.
    8. You accept that results of the service may vary depending on conditions, information provided, materials used, site conditions, and other factors outside Our control.
    9. To the maximum extent permitted by law, We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes, without limitation, warranties of: Merchantability, Fitness for a particular purpose, Accuracy or completeness, Timeliness or uninterrupted service.
    10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profit, data, or opportunity.
    11. Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by You for the Services giving rise to the claim.
    12. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Us from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from: Your instructions or actions, Unsafe site conditions, Materials or equipment provided by the You, Breach of these Terms.
    13. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, illness, supplier issues, or regulatory actions.
    14. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
