COVID-19 Response & Continuity

Dear valued customers,

As an Essential Services Provider, we are increasing our focus to meet your requirements as we transition to Alert Level 4.

Our offices are now closed and site visits by our field services will only be conducted for essential services providers, or those supporting them.

If you are an essential services provider and require support, please call our contact centre instead of emailing so we may ensure an expedient resolution.

Our Contact Centre remains fully operational and remote work is carried out where ever possible.

We'll continually update this page with the actions we're taking to keep you and our staff safe, whilst maintaining the best possible level of service during this time. 

While we foresee no impact to our hosted services, our Service Status page will provide the most up to date information.

Our Contact Centre is at full capacity however due to increased demand please expect increased wait times and delays in email responses.

Decreased capability.  Expected delays for new connections, orders, moves/adds/changes.
